Shipping policy

Delivery charges are not applicable on all orders of above amount PKR 5000-/. HoneyX will call and send customers an SMS / email with a verification code (OTP) to confirm the order. Orders will be processed after confirmation of verification code from the customer using the phone call / whatsapp / sms. For Cash on Delivery (COD) please pay the rider when you receive the parcel. Orders from Lahore usually delivered on next working day however in Karachi and Islamabad will be delivered within 2-4 working days while delivery to other cities may take 3-6 days max.
